Job Summary
We are seeking an individual with a high level of professionalism and effective decision-making to be a Night Auditor responsibilities include checking guests in handling inquires about the property and reservations reconciles all accounts and end of business day tasks. Ideal candidates with have prior experience working overnight hours the ability to work between the hours of 10pm and 8am along with weekend and holiday availability the ability to work independently and possess exceptional communication skills.
Applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Successful history as a front desk agent/night auditor or related customer service experience.
- Advanced math skills general understanding of accounting procedures.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Task-driven individual who is able to focus on the guest ensuring complete satisfaction with each transaction/interaction.
- Ability to maintain a composed gracious and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciles all accounts balance cash drawers make necessary corrections as needed
- Accommodate and anticipate guests needs respond promptly and professionally.
- Acts as the information liaison for the property and guests using all communication avenues.
- Complete night bucket check against PMS system to ensure that all guest information is accurate matching the registration card against their reservation.
- Process and collect payments accurately adhering to all cashier procedures.
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
This position is subject to successful completion of a background check as it relates to the role.
