The Opportunity
For ourCoreDiagnostics Division CDxwe are currently looking for an experienced professional who would like to join our technical team in Poland as aTechnical ApplicationSpecialist.This is a field-based role requiring daily travelling across assigned territory.
We are preferably looking for a person located in Poland North-West area (Poznan Lodz Gdansk Bydgoszcz Torun Wroclaw).
The ApplicationsSpecialistwill beresponsiblefor delivering onsite operators trainingand coaching as well as providing on siteassayimplementation andapplications support. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS) service KPIs achievements and resolution rates.
What Youll do:
- Deliver on-site customeroperators training.
- Perform new instrumentassayimplementation.
- Perform on-siteassayinvestigationtroubleshootingandoperator trainingor coaching.
- Provide on-site installationsupport customer training validation andverification.
- Ensure close cooperation and communication with local teams and global experts team.
- Provide escalation support including short term on-site visits.
- Provide feedbackand input to implementbug fixesand improvements.
- Implementation supportof new processes and procedures for new product launches.
Required qualifications and background:
- Bachelor / Engineering degree (medicalbiologychemistryormedical technologypreferred).
- Proven track recordin a similar position supported by management and customer references.
- Successful engagement with customers especially lab staff.
- Strong experience in use ofanalyticaltools andsoftware.
- Native Polish and good English.
- Strong team player with can-do attitude.
- Result-oriented working style ability toset prioritiesand to maintain focus when under pressure.
- Ability to travel on regular basis.
