What your future may hold
- As Mid-level Associate at Vanderstappen-Robert you will:
- Work on complex disputes and international arbitration cases in an environment where quality autonomy and direct impact are central.
- Manage cases independently from A to Z (including commercial disputes restructurings and arbitration proceedings (CEPANI ICC FIDIC)).
- Collaborate directly with leading Belgian and international clients including C-level executives.
- Receive personal guidance from three highly experienced partners.
- Contribute to the further growth of the firm and take on a key role.
Your skillset
- You hold a Master of Laws degree.
- You have at least 3 years of experience.
- You have knowledge of and experience in dispute resolution and a passion for corporate litigation.
- You are client-oriented quality-driven pragmatic and innovative.
- You are looking for an environment with a high level of autonomy and opportunities for learning and growth.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.

Vanderstappen-Robert has developed particular expertise in areas such as construction disputes complex class actions shareholder disputes and directors liability. Through a focused and strategic approach the team manages high-stakes disputes efficiently always aiming to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
