Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Union: Local 158 Operating Engineers

What Youll Do
- Lead and support a team of shop technicians
- Schedule and coordinate repair jobs with the Service Manager
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment systems - engines hydraulics transmissions and electrical
- Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for customers and rental fleet equipment
- Ensure all work is done safely efficiently and to high standards
What Were Looking For
- 10 years in heavy equipment or diesel repair (minimum 5 years hands-on)
- 4 years of leadership or foreman experience in a shop environment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Able to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Proficient with laptop diagnostics and service software
- Team leader with a no task beneath me attitude
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Field or road service experience is a plus
Equipment Youll Work On
Excavators wheel loaders drills crushing plants hydraulic breakers and road wideners - including brands like Link-Belt Hitachi Sandvik and Anaconda.
