About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager as a key member of our Christchurch branch youll have a 50/50 split of front counter service and back of shop stores work. Youll be the face of TWL to our customers while also keeping things humming behind the scenes.

Your day will include:

Serving customers in person by phone and online
Picking packing and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
Receiving goods data entry into inventory system and stock control
Maintaining tidy well-presented product displays
Processing sales and preparing required documentation and invoicing
Supporting stocktakes and cyclic counts
Ensuring excellent customer service and safe work practices

What Youll Bring

Experience in automotive or heavy transport parts (preferred)
Customer service experience
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and good computer skills
Physically fit and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Great communication and a team player mindset
Forklift licence is a bonus (or willingness to get one - we pay!)
