Job Summary
As part of our local Legal team you will participate in shaping the future of our local German legal and contracting operations.
Your mission & learning opportunities
- Reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts with customers partners and service providers
- Providing legal support and advice during complex customer negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal frameworks especially in IT Cyber Security Software Resale and SaaS
- Collaborating closely with internal and external departments to shape and implement legal strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating current legal developments in the fields of Cyber Security and IT services
Qualifications :
So is this the right job for you
- Degree in German Law (First and Second State Exams or equivalent preferred)
- Solid experience in contract drafting and review ideally within Cyber Security services or SaaS industries
- Understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the IT sector
- High sense of responsibility strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Team player with a structured and independent working style
Language skills (both mandatory):
- German (full professional proficiency C1) and English (full professional proficiency)
Location:
- Ideally you live in the surroundings of Munich (Germany)
- Remote (from anywhere in Germany)
