Job Summary

The SFT (Separation & Flow Technologies) Division specializes in advanced separation and centrifuge solutions delivering innovative products and services that enhance productivity and sustainability for our customers.

We are seeking a Head of Sales & Services to lead our Canadian operations drive commercial performance and ensure world-class customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning & Goal Setting
    Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives define long-term targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Team Leadership & Management
    Lead mentor and develop the sales and service teams foster a high-performance culture and ensure both individual and team success.
  • Sales Operations Management
    Oversee departments and regional directors manage budgets and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence
    Identify opportunities through research and market analysis adjust strategies based on trends and performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with marketing product development and other departments to drive overall growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    Analyze sales KPIs prepare reports for executive leadership and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Talent Development
    Identify and coach key talent to support growth and retention.
  • Sales Process Optimization
    Continuously improve sales methods and tools to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Business Development
    Represent GEA at industry events and develop strategies to enter new markets.
  • Compliance
    Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Commerce or related field (MBA an asset).
  • Proven experience in sales operations and team leadership with measurable revenue growth results.
  • Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in separation/centrifuge equipment is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred.

The typical base pay range for this position will be communicated during the phone Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
