Responsibilities
Supervises the field construction of a project to ensure it is completed on schedule and within budget.
Assists Project Manager in the development of on-site procedures.
Examines contract drawings specifications and addenda for design deficiencies impractical details possible code violations and to generate RFIs.
Works with quality team to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project standards.
Updates project schedule to ensure project is completed on time. Coordinates activities of inspection agencies and effects remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.
Performs complex tasks and certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

Typically requires BA and 2-4 years.
Pay Range
70000 - 75000
