Responsibilities
  • Greet customer warmly and assess reason for visit
  • The Service Advisor/Writer is responsible for the entire customer service experience
  • Generate estimates suggest services and advise of any current promotional products/services
  • Advise customers on the routine care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers specifications
  • Communicate to the customer on targeted completion time
  • Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time
  • Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions
  • Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • The Service Advisor will maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings as set by dealership service manager
Qualifications
  • Experience is required (2 years)
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to read write and speak English fluently
  • Prior experience with CDK preferred but not required
  • Resume must be uploaded and online assessment completed for immediate consideration
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR and drug screen
