Responsibilities:
This two-year graduate programme will see you building your knowledge and skills in areas all across our CRB business. Working with and learning from industry-leading colleagues youll:
Given the breadth of our CRB business you could find yourself taking on a range of the following roles:
Broking where youll be the intermediary in the insurance transaction ensuring the clients needs are met while also building strong relationships with the markets youre using.
Client servicing where youll be the clients first point of contact for all aspects of their insurance programme.
Analytics where youll tackle challenges such as analysing and manipulating data and producing reports to present your findings and insights.
Strategy where youll work with a wide range of stakeholders to support decision making prepare business plans and analyse data to identify trends.
Business development where youll think creatively and strategically to produce materials that can be used for marketing and specific client proposals.
Projects where youll manage a variety of stakeholders solve complex problems and identify the right resources and expertise to deliver excellence for our clients.

Were open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least four days in the office learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
