Your Role:
Maintain the property from top to bottommechanical electrical plumbing HVAC and beyond
Oversee the upkeep of our building grounds pool and all amenities
Ensure life safety systems are always guest-ready and compliant
Lead with independence solve problems creatively and keep our property looking as extraordinary as it feels
Who Were Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED or 5 years relevant experience
Hospitality experience is a plus
Skilled in general maintenance: carpentry painting caulking grouting etc.
Motivated independent and hands-onsomeone who takes ownership and pride in their work
