What youll do

• Support Leads withdemo layout measuring cutting fastening and finish work

• Assist withframeless/framed cabinet installs trim hardware and basic punch items

• Performdrywall patching/finishing; basic plumbing/electricalunder supervision

• Handlesite protection daily cleanup tool/material organization

• Documentprogress (photos notes) and communicate clearly with Leads/designers

• Follow safety procedures; keepoccupied-homesites clean and respectful

Must-have experience (filters out true beginners)

• 13 yearsinresidential carpentry/remodeling (recent hands-on a MUST)

• Comfortable withcore tools(saws drills nailers) and accurate measuring/layout

• Demonstratedfinish aptitude(tight cuts clean miters careful scribing)

• On-time reliable coachable and team-oriented

• Communicates clearly;cleanliness and safetyare non-negotiable

Nice to have

• Exposure toframeless cabinetry laser layout cabinet leveling/clips

• Basic drywall finishing flooring installs and hardware setting

• Familiar with usingmobile appsfor plans/photos/punch

Requirements

• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation

• Able to lift/move up to100 lbsas needed; bend climb and stand for extended periods

• Smartphone for schedules/photos/communication

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Background/reference check; authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willing to participate inongoing training
