DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Develop the investment advisory business strategy in China expand partnerships identify client needs and optimize strategy offerings
- Drive business growth in scale and revenue; oversee strategy rollout channel cooperation and implementation
- Work with internal and external teams on system management configuration and testing to ensure business alignment
- Act as business spokesperson; design asset allocation solutions serve institutional clients and provide market insights
- Prepare strategy reports client content and marketing materials to support promotion and investor education
- Monitor industry and market trends analyze data and deliver research support
Requirements:
- Full-time bachelors degree or higher
- 8 years of experience in marketing or product-related roles; fund qualification required. Knowledge of public funds and advisory models preferred. Experience in fund advisory or sales is an advantage. CFA/CFP/AFP holders are preferred
- Strategic thinking business development skills and strong communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated team-oriented and able to leverage internal resources effectively
- Management and sales skills with the ability to develop differentiated competitive strategies
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
