Develop the investment advisory business strategy in China expand partnerships identify client needs and optimize strategy offerings
Drive business growth in scale and revenue; oversee strategy rollout channel cooperation and implementation
Work with internal and external teams on system management configuration and testing to ensure business alignment
Act as business spokesperson; design asset allocation solutions serve institutional clients and provide market insights
Prepare strategy reports client content and marketing materials to support promotion and investor education
Monitor industry and market trends analyze data and deliver research support
Requirements:
Full-time bachelors degree or higher
8 years of experience in marketing or product-related roles; fund qualification required. Knowledge of public funds and advisory models preferred. Experience in fund advisory or sales is an advantage. CFA/CFP/AFP holders are preferred
Strategic thinking business development skills and strong communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated team-oriented and able to leverage internal resources effectively
Management and sales skills with the ability to develop differentiated competitive strategies
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
