As a Senior Snowflake Solutions Architect youll lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms. This role combines architecture hands-on development and optimization of Snowflake environments with infrastructure automation and modern data engineering practices.

Location: GTA ON - US based candidates (Fully remote).

Status: Contract

Key Responsibilities and skills:

Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based architectures pipelines and data models.
3 years managing production Snowflake environments with strong expertise in warehouses stages streams tasks and Snowpipe (bulk & continuous ingestion).
Hands-on experience integrating Snowflake with AWS services (S3 Glue SageMaker) and Power BI.
Experience with PySpark for data transformations and ETL.
Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of AWS security best practices (IAM encryption monitoring).
Advanced performance tuning security governance and cost optimization.
Strong SQL skills (window functions CTEs UDFs) and experience with star schema and dimensional modeling.
Strong understanding of data governance access control and observability
