Make a Difference
You will lead daily operations and drive team performance in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Partner with leadership to optimize staffing training and resource allocation while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

  • Operations: Manage staffing scheduling and training. Ensure efficient resource use and compliance with protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Support hiring performance reviews and career development. Motivate and coach staff to achieve goals.
  • Communication: Deliver clear transparent messaging. Link team efforts to organizational objectives.
  • Decision-Making: Make informed timely decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Strategic Focus: Anticipate needs align resources and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Promote trust compassion and collaboration across teams.

    What You Bring:

  • Leadership experience in healthcare or team operations
  • Strong communication coaching and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Kronos or similar workforce tools

  • 2 year / Associates Degree with 4 years relevant experience within a healthcare setting with Associates Degree/ / OR year / Bachelors Degree or relevant experience within a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • 5 years experience in a healthcare environment in the areas of front office / and/or customer service with 2 years of front office supervision or lead experience billing background desired (required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements a combination of experience and education will be considered.
