Job Summary
Description of the role:
We are looking for an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager (GSM) to join Genesis of Milford. As a GSM you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our dealership and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales team and set targets to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide training coaching and support to sales staff
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in automotive sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Benefits:
