The opportunity

How youll make an impact
Lead and promote a continuous improvement culture focused on eliminating waste and enhancing value.
Analyze key performance indicators and drive actions to improve results.
Identify and standardize processes across business units for greater efficiency.
Implement Lean tools such as 5S Daily Management and Kaizen events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize and digitize processes.
Facilitate cost-out and productivity projects to achieve savings targets.
Partner with leadership to align improvement priorities with budget goals.
Coordinate and lead Kaizen events to support service organization needs.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Lean Lead or Lean Master certification.
10 years of experience in Lean operating systems or continuous improvement.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams ideally in energy technology or industrial sectors.
Strong project management analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed to support initiatives.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
