Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage and support with administrative tasks guest comment responses and maintaining the customer database
- Assist with marketing activities such as hotel tours telemarketing mailings Fam Trips photo shoots and Sales Blitzes
- Coordinate appointments and prepare Sales & Marketing meetings
- Support the marketing team with copywriting marketing materials and communication with Marriotts Digital Field Marketing
- Manage the Property Information System and ensure accuracy and up-to-date hotel information
- Collaborate with the Events department and independently handle internal meeting and training requests in Opera Sales & Catering
Be able.
- Independent creative and innovative working style with high motivation and initiative
- A passionate team player with a love for marketing
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Positive attitude highcommitment andnegotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
