Key responsibilities
At ABB you will be part of the global market leader in the Motion business area which includes electric motors generators and frequency converters.
You will take part in building and developing the renewable power business to a new level. The task ranges from acute solutions and cooperation agreements with the independent service providers and energy companies to the long-term efforts towards the Wind Turbine OEMs where the long-term operation and thus qualitative solutions are of crucial importance. To help you you have a competent and service-oriented internal specialist organization capable of delivering unique high-quality solutions and repairs in areas such as generators wind converters and digital solutions.
Your focus is to be close to our customers and to know the competitive landscape. As such you must be able to build networks and demonstrate relevant industry knowledge to customers see and communicate how our products can be implemented in the customers setup.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Sale of Products Spares Services and Projects to our German and international customers in Wind and Renewables.
Participate constructively and positively in our sales team.
Maintain and expand your knowledge of our products.
Expand our business with new customers.
Qualifications for the role
A bachelors degree in engineering marketing business administration or a related field.
Experience in sales and familiarity with the renewables segment.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Contract Management experience Contract negotiation ability to comment and coordinate between client purchase team and internal and external legal team.
Excellent English & German skills both written and spoken; Spanish will be an added advantage.
Wind industry know-how and service business experience is advantageous.
