Job Summary
Job Title: Patient Care Technician- Post Operative/Orthopedics
Schedule: 7:00pm-7:00am every other weekend rotation

How youll contribute
As a Patient Care Technicianjoining our team youre embracing a vital mission dedicated tomaking communities healthier. This includes:
- Assisting patients with performing activities of daily living
- Providing or assisting with providing direct patient care
- Observing and recording patient behavior and activities
- Reporting any changes in physical mental or emotional condition to nursing staff and suggesting modifications to treatment plans
- Assisting with POC testing and EKGs as needed
- Performing IV starts and urinary foley catheter insertions

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
- State of TN CNA licensepreferredcan be considered without high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire
- 1 year certified nurse tech or EMT experience preferred
