About the Role
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse performance from staffing and scheduling to safety quality and cost control. Youllmanage a diverse team optimize workflows implement systems and ensure ourfacilities operate with excellence and reliability. This position requiresstrong leadership strategic planning and hands-on problem solving to keepoperations running smoothly and scale for the future.

What Youll Do

• Lead and develop warehouse staff through recruiting training coaching and performance management
• Establish and enforce warehouse policies procedures and best practices to maximize efficiency and accuracy
• Plan forecast and manage budgets resources and schedules to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Oversee receiving storage inventory management and shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery
• Optimize warehouse layout product flow and equipment utilization to improve productivity
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with legal regulations ensuring a healthy work environment
• Develop process improvements to enhance operational performance and reduce costs
• Safeguard warehouse property through security procedures and coordination with security personnel
• Stay current on industry trends and implement innovations that keep Rebel ahead of the curve

Who You Are

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
• A proactive self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic
• Skilled in ERP systems and advanced PC applications
• Strong time management and project management capabilities
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction success both internally and externally
• Deep knowledge of inventory management systems

Bonus Points

• Experience in designing and implementing new warehouse systems or layouts
• Certifications in logistics supply chain management or safety compliance

Working Conditions
This role requires the ability to stand walk bend lift and reach forextended periods. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent wristand hand movement is required. Vision requirements include close distanceperipheral and depth perception with the ability to adjust focus.
