High School Security Monitor Afternoon/Evening (0.7)
Attleboro High School
Hours: 25 hours per week; 3:15 pm 8:15 pm/ Monday - Friday
Job Goal: To provide responsible security work to maintain a safe school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors the safety of the school building and grounds. Patrols school and grounds checking all exits and entrances.
- Greets visitors and prevents outsiders from entering the building and grounds without proper authority.
- Monitors and enforces parking and traffic.
- Works with administration on school security.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (minimum)
- Three years experince in security work.
- Training in conflict resolution
- Experience working with adolescents
- Experience in the following areas:
a. traffic and parking enforcement
b. reporting and record keeping procedures
c. public safety
d. public relations
- CPR and first aid training
- ALICE (or equivalent) Safety training preferred
