About the Opportunity
Join a fast-growing manufacturing company as their next plant QA Manager near Sheboygan WI. This is your chance to lead quality at the plant level where your work has a direct impact on customers operations and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Lead and coach a quality technician
- Manage plant quality systems and ISO/QMS compliance
- Drive audits metrics (like DPPM) and customer satisfaction
- Investigate issues lead root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Partner across production engineering and supply chain
- Report results and quality trends to plant and corporate leadership
- Travel to customer sites when needed as well as to other facilities for best practices etc. (up to 25% travel estimated)
What You Bring
- 5 years in quality management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Business (or equivalent exp.)
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality management tools
