Job Summary

Job Description:

Manage office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.

Liaison between sales and compliance teams to ensure activities follow guidelines.

Handle vendor & physician payments purchase orders and expense tracking.

Organize travel and maintain related documentation.

Maintain records of medical activities daily reports and program schedules.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of projects.

Ensure proper filing document uploads and record-keeping.

Manage pantry and stationery supplies.

Provide back-office support including mail handling and daily reporting.

Working days - 5 Days

Work timings - 9:00am To 6:00pm

Location - Delhi

Contract period auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
