As part of our multicultural SAP Consulting team you will advise our internal and external clients on the design implementation and support of IT processes around global transformation projects.

You are an experienced professional who can communicate clearly and concisely. You are able to take responsibility and are willing to invest time and effort to achieve the set goals. You are someone with deep understanding of business processes and IT trends who aims at translating ideas into action.

Your responsibilities:

• Cooperation with national and international clients at the interface between business and IT
• Analysis of global processes and procedures on the basis of corporate technological and compliance resources
• Development of innovative solution proposals and their implementation as part of comprehensive consulting services
• Provision of innovative sophisticated processes and implementations in the area of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) on S4HANA including SAP standard integration methods
• Configuration of requirements
• Planning and implementation of consulting mandates specifically HCM - Personnel Administration and Organizational Management Time Management HR Analytics Cross Application Timesheets

What you bring in:

• University degree in Economics (Business) Informatics Computer Science or a comparable field of study
• Experience in SAP HCM configuration/implementation gained on a range of project engagements with at least one implementation assignment in a medium to large organization
• Experience with SAP HCM module (PA OM TM ESS MSS) on end-user level
• Experience in configuration of SAP HCM modules (Organizational Management Personnel Administration Time Management Employee Self Service Manager Self Service CATS) at least 3 areas from the above-mentioned
• Experience in process and requirement analysis and development specification
• Support in project planning and order evaluation
• Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• SAP certificate in HCM is beneficial
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules would be considered an advantage
• Fluent English; German would be considered an advantage
• Ability to travel on international business trips
