The Bid Writer at First Response Group plays a pivotal role in securing new business by leading the creation and coordination of compelling compliant and competitive bid submissions. Working closely with cross-functional teams the Bid Writer ensures that proposals are strategically aligned well-crafted and delivered on time.
- Oversee and drive the entire bid lifecycle from strategic planning and content creation to pricing strategy and final submission.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather critical insights data and resources that enhance bid quality and competitiveness.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the bidding process.
- Ensure all bid submissions are fully compliant with regulatory standards and tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Lead bid-related meetings reviews and post-submission debriefs fostering continuous learning and process improvement.
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients effectively communicating value propositions and differentiators during the bidding phase.
- Monitor and evaluate bid performance metrics to identify trends inform strategy and drive ongoing improvement.
- Proven experience in bid writing proposal development or bid management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
