Our kitchen delivers an Asian-inspired seasonal menu in a fast-paced environment creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. The role also involves preparing dishes for a range of functions and events held at the MTC.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Permanent position
- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
- Run your own section in a high-quality and high volume restaurant environment
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
- Excellent career progression and development
- Friendly team environment led by a strong Head Chef
- Annual salary $77000 plus super
ABOUT YOU
- Qualifications in Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant or events environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for cooking and be open to learning new skills in the kitchen
- Valid Australian work rights
