About This Role

  • Verify qualify and finalize customer appointments to ensure they meet company requirements

  • Contact customers assess appointment eligibility document confirmation results

  • Work closely with scheduling and sales teams

  • Manage leads by tracking following up and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 11:30am to 8pm

    • Weekend availability - a must Sat and Sun 10am to 7pm

Key Qualifications

  • At least one (1) year experience in a quality assurance call center role

  • Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office

    • Ability to type 30 WPM or more

    • Familiarity with Five9 - a plus!

    • Multitasking between engaging with customers and entering data on different platforms efficiently

  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish

  • Active listening skills and ability to build rapport

  • Outgoing personality assertive and professional

  • Attention to detail

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
