Our Generative Agent platform uses generative AI across both voice and digital engagement channels to automate human work radically increasing productivity and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of customer experience teams. This platform uses generative AI from top to bottom: to configure test run monitor and correct agent behavior.
ASAPPs Generative Agent team is seeking an enterprising experienced and curious leader to help drive major technical initiatives and explorations. This role will be focused on leading multiple teams building core product capabilities primarily in the areas of observability of agentic systems designing and building feedback loops to improve agentic systems and techniques for diagnosing issues / optimizing prompt configurations.
Candidates should have demonstrated skill in building enterprise products using LLMs and leading multiple teams. Candidates will be expected to regularly interface with Research teams and should be comfortable brainstorming ideas and cooperatively designing research roadmaps. Additionally candidates should be comfortable providing technical leadership mentoring for junior engineers and should have excellent people management skills.
This role is based in India working out of ASAPPs Bangalore office.
What youll do
- Play a major role in leading teams and building products using the latest innovations around LLMs and agentic systems
- Work closely with teams across ASAPP including Product Research and Platform / Infrastructure
- Keep up with and apply the latest innovations from the NLP / Speech community that could impact our product
What youll need
- Strong technical leadership skills with proven ability to lead technical teams working on innovation and product development
- Strong engineering skills with at least an intermediate level skill in Python
- Experience implementing technical solutions tackling tough engineering problems to help build products
- Experience building and deploying production ML models to solve real-world problems
- Experience bringing cutting-edge innovation to production
- A Masters Degree in a field of science technology engineering or math or equivalent hands-on experience
- Desire to learn new things work closely with peers from different teams and open to teach and learn from others
What wed like to see
- A Masters degree in CS and / or at least 15 years of experience building scalable enterprise software
- Experience building AI products for the enterprise market
- A publication record in NLP
