What Youll Do (Future Roles May Include)

Concept develop and deliver compelling CMF artwork finishes and color stories for new products and collaborations.
Research and analyze trends across fashion beauty home automotive and lifestyle to encourage and inspire innovative CMF directions.
Translate creative concepts into production-ready files maintain asset libraries and manage dielines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Development Product Management Industrial Design Engineering and Salesto execute timely brand-right solutions.
Present ideas to internal teams and external partners supporting go-to-market and sampling needs.

Who You Are

Passionate about color materials and finishes with a strong balance of creative vision and technical skills.
Experienced in hardgoods or softgoods design with knowledge of printing and finishing processes.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Microsoft Office; PLM or Keyshot experience is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Typically brings 25 years of relevant CMF graphic or color production art experience.
