What Youll Do (Future Roles May Include)
- Concept develop and deliver compelling CMF artwork finishes and color stories for new products and collaborations.
- Research and analyze trends across fashion beauty home automotive and lifestyle to encourage and inspire innovative CMF directions.
- Translate creative concepts into production-ready files maintain asset libraries and manage dielines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Development Product Management Industrial Design Engineering and Salesto execute timely brand-right solutions.
- Present ideas to internal teams and external partners supporting go-to-market and sampling needs.
Who You Are
- Passionate about color materials and finishes with a strong balance of creative vision and technical skills.
- Experienced in hardgoods or softgoods design with knowledge of printing and finishing processes.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and Microsoft Office; PLM or Keyshot experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Typically brings 25 years of relevant CMF graphic or color production art experience.
