Project Engineer
Location: Warsaw / Wroclaw
Role description:
Office Based Project Coordination:
- Support Arcadis Project Manager in delivering manufacturing and industrial projects ensuring effective planning organization and financial oversight.
- Participate in all phases of industrial projects: concept feasibility engineering permitting procurement construction management and commissioning.
- Coordinate Arcadis and external project resources onsite including subcontractors and engineers.
Construction Site Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly site reports progress updates and project documentation.
- Track and communicate project milestones issues and changes to the project manager.
- Ensure all reporting meets Arcadis and regulatory standards.
- Provide a link between construction site and client team.
Health & Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with Arcadis health and safety protocols on site.
- Report and document any incidents or near-misses.
- Conduct site inspections and assist in implementing Arcadis quality control measures.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a key contact with clients and partners onsite.
- Maintain clear and professional communication channels with Arcadis teams external partners and subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Technical education in buildings construction or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in building consultancy or construction with practical onsite exposure.
- Experience delivering manufacturing and/or industrial construction projects ideally across all phases (planning design procurement construction commissioning handover).

- Experience with EPCM project delivery for industrial assets is a plus.
- High level of commitment and availability; able to participate in construction projects outside of residence if required.
- Strong technical knowledge supported by project management framework methodologies.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and reporting tools (e.g. MS Office site management apps).
- Agile adaptable and responsive to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Confident proactive solutions-oriented and client-focused team player.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
