Ingram Micro Inc. team bridges the gap between manufacturers and end customers by managing supplier reseller and retailer relationships. They focus on inventory management demand forecasting and timely deliveries. The team provides sales support and training to resellers promoting effective product sales. By staying informed on industry trends and maintaining strong partnerships they ensure efficient distribution and maximize sales performance.
We are seeking for a Presales Specialist IBM to join our team and provide technical expertise for IBM software solutions.
What will you do
- Solution Consulting: Understand customer requirements and align IBM software solutions to meet business needs.
- Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and partners.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Design and execute PoCs to showcase the capabilities and value of IBM software.
- Proposal & RFP Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals technical documents and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales customers and partners to provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Market & Industry Research: Stay updated on IBM software offerings industry trends and competitor solutions.
Which Talent do you bring
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in presales technical consulting (preferably with IBM software).
- Expertise in IBM software products such as IBM Cloud AI (Watson) Automation Security or Data & Analytics solutions.
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS Azure IBM Cloud).
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Certifications (Preferred): knowledge of WatsonX IBM Cloud AI or Security certifications are a plus.
