Position: Customer Support Specialist
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 9:00AM to 5:00PM BST (shift work)
Salary range: $800 to $1000 per month depending on experience Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via chat email and phone
- Manage tickets using Hubspot CRM and communicate internally via Slack
- Handle incoming calls via Aircall
- Troubleshoot customer issues and follow up in a timely manner
- Follow established processes while also contributing to process improvements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the TradeKart brand with professionalism and empathy
Key Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer-driven mindset empathetic patient and solution-oriented
- Process-driven able to follow SOPs; willing to suggest improvements
- A strong team player who communicates and collaborates effectively
- High consistency and reliability in shift attendance and work output
- Proficient with Hubspot (CRM/ticketing) Slack and Aircall (or similar tools)
- Experience working in or with startups is a plus but not required
