Job Summary

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 9:00AM to 5:00PM BST (shift work)

Salary range: $800 to $1000 per month depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support via chat email and phone
  • Manage tickets using Hubspot CRM and communicate internally via Slack
  • Handle incoming calls via Aircall
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and follow up in a timely manner
  • Follow established processes while also contributing to process improvements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Represent the TradeKart brand with professionalism and empathy

Key Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Customer-driven mindset empathetic patient and solution-oriented
  • Process-driven able to follow SOPs; willing to suggest improvements
  • A strong team player who communicates and collaborates effectively
  • High consistency and reliability in shift attendance and work output
  • Proficient with Hubspot (CRM/ticketing) Slack and Aircall (or similar tools)
  • Experience working in or with startups is a plus but not required
