Job Summary
Position Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Legal and Compliance team.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal research compliance monitoring and process improvement in an international corporate environment.
As a Working Student Legal/Compliance you will support the team in regular compliance activities.
In this role you will:
- Assist with researching regulatory and compliance topics
- Support our compliance team in day-to-day activities
- Help maintain and organize legal documents policies and compliance-related records
- Assist in identifying potential risks and proposition of improvements
- Work with departments such as HR Finance and Operations on cross-functional projects
- Improve/design checklists process templates etc.
- Support teams in internal reviews & audits
- Record monitor & track non-conformances until closure
What you will need to succeed:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Law Business Law Information Systems Electronics Computer Science (with relevant focus) or equivalent
- Interest in IT and the Software Industry
- Strong research analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams. Fluency in English
- Strong EDV skills
