Canada CarMatcher Saskatoon is now hiring a Service & Parts Advisor to work full-time (Monday - Friday). Tasks
Position Overview: As a Service & Parts Advisor at Canada CarMatcher you will book clients prospects leads in for service appointments and order parts for vehicle services. You will also be involved in upselling services and supporting dealership growth goals.
What youll be doing:
- Welcoming customers and performing thorough vehicle walkarounds
- Suggesting services and providing clear communications if timeline(s) change
- Scheduling service maintenance and recall appointments efficiently
- Communicating technical service needs in a customer-friendly way
- Advising on required/recommended services with confidence and clarity
- Updating customers throughout the process and managing expectations
- Reviewing work orders explaining results and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
What were looking for:
- Experience in automotive or RV service advising is a plus but not required
- A proven background in fast-paced customer service or sales
- Tech-savvy mindset capable with CRM DMS tablets and digital tools
- Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure
- Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
