Job Summary
Patient Diagnoses: Antepartum intrapartum postpartum GYNs Skills: Labor and Delivery NST (Non Stress Tests) Triage of obstetrical patients Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring) Telemetry Interpretation Use of External Fetal Monitoring Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns Administration of blood & blood products Drawing Venous Blood Starting and maintaining IVs Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring Magnesium Sulfate therapy Pitocin (oxytocin) Circulate for C-section Recover C-Section Epidural Anesthesia Pain assessment & management Episiotomy/Incisional Care Foley catheter insertion/management Fundus / lochia / perineum care First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Years of Experience Required: 2 Certs REQ: BLS NRP EFM Certification Open to accommodating block schedule (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule No locals (75 miles) Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No RTO Restrictions: We will not allow more than 1 week RTO in a contract Ratios: 1:1 days and nights Epic Preferred Scrub Color: Provided Charting: Epic Medication System: Omnicell - Magnesium sulfate oxytocin insulin drip
