Job Summary
1. Active Pharmacist License: Hold a current unrestricted pharmacist license in WA. 2. Patient-Centered Approach: Committed to compassionate judgment-free care especially for patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations. 3. Clinical Excellence: Demonstrates baseline knowledge of HIV medications a strong understanding of chronic disease management and preventative therapies; AAHIVP certification preferred but not required. 4. Operational Competence: Proficient in using pharmacy software systems managing insurance claims and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Knowledge of the McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system is preferred. 5. Collaborative Mindset: Works well within multidisciplinary care teams contributing to holistic coordinated care. 6. Strong Communication Skills: Able to clearly counsel patients support adherence and effectively communicate with providers and support staff.
