Scope of Work: IT governance and compliance: This role ensures that an organizations IT operations align with its business strategy adhere to relevant regulations and manage risk effectively.
Scope of Work: Change management and organizational development: This role focuses on preparing equipping and supporting individuals and teams to successfully adopt and adapt to changes within the organization.
Provides advisory services in organizational change.
Works with leadership to design change roadmaps manage stakeholder engagement and implement enterprise-wide adoption strategies.
