Job Summary

Site Reliability Engineers III to join a fast-paced and dynamic team in Arlington TX. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in .NET Azure and Python with the ability to design implement and support scalable and reliable systems. This role requires hands-on coding skills and the ability to quickly deliver solutions in a hybrid work environment.

CANDIDATE NEEDS TO TAKE A CODING ASSESSMENT TEST AND NEED TO COMPLETE IN 24 HOURS

Key Responsibilities

Build maintain and optimize scalable reliable and secure infrastructure and services.
Develop automation tools and scripts using and Azure services to improve efficiency and system reliability.
Monitor system health respond to incidents and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
Partner with development and operations teams to improve deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Implement best practices in system monitoring observability and security.
Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems and resolve production issues.
Complete a client coding assessment within 24 hours as part of the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

3 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer DevOps Engineer or Software Engineer in production environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with .NET Azure cloud services and Python scripting.
Proven ability to write clean testable and efficient code.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (Terraform ARM templates or similar).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Datadog Prometheus Azure Monitor etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid team environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
