Description:

Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform. The position is responsible for working with end users across the office to understand their technology needs to improve their business processes and help them become more efficient.

Examples of work in this position include but are not limited to the following:

Business needs requirements gathering.
Aligning staff with available technology tools to meet their needs.
Workflow development for the use of technology and staff business needs.
Conducting staff training on the various technology tools that are available to them.

Required Skills/Experience

Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. Moderate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to convey technical processes into business practices
