Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to coordinate testing team on a high-profile project. The project is already underway with 1^st deliverable scheduled for delivery on 11/17 (Project Scope has already been adjusted due to the aggressive timeframe).

The role of the QA Test Manager is to lead the testing team. Test Manager plays a central role in the Team. The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the projects success. The role involves quality & test advocacy resource planning & management and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced Test Manager work.
• Perform highly advanced analysis and testing tasks related to software development.
• Responsible for activities during all phases of the system development life cycle including analyzing diagnosing and resolving reported software problems and troubleshooting system issues.
• Work with business users and SMEs to create and update test cases and execute testing.
• Act as the main point of contact between IT business users and the development team.
• Leading triages tracking prioritizing and managing defects.
• Create metrics to measure application quality and defect tracking.
• Providing and reviewing updates on UAT progress and results.
• Provide project status updates progress on defects and check progress on requirement traceability and coverage.
• Ensure exit criteria are met and obtaining final sign-off from the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• 8 years testing experience.
• Must have experience as a QA Lead managing test team and coordinating all testing and related activities.
• Must have experience with Salesforce and testing within Salesforce environment.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases as well as creating test plans.
• Experience in managing testing process with creation and execution of test plans test cases and test data for manual testing and automated scripts.
• Strong QA automation testing and scripting experience.
• Experience in generating manual and automated test scripts to support business requirements.
• Experience working on different types of testing : eg unit integration regression smoke user acceptance system stress and load/performance.
• Ability to work under pressure under tight time constraints.
• Ability to assist by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors problems or question about programs.
• Ability to effectively organize and present complex technical information both orally and in writing.
• Experience in overseeing the tracking or reporting of testing data and defect management.
• Experience in coordinating testing activities and data collection with internal and external customers.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders IT teams and project managers to understand requirements identify potential issues define testing score and ensure smooth implementation.
• Experience in mentoring and training QA team members on E HR testing methodologies best practices data migration testing and workflows.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians IT staff and project managers.
• Experience in developing detailed test cases covering various scenarios user roles within the EHR system.
• Experience working in state agency preferred.
• Able to effectively report and communicate clearly to leadership team.
• PMP is not required but must have demonstrated experience in aspects of project management.
