Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint Identity IQ solutions including LCM provisioning and certification processes
Architect and develop advanced IAM features like risk-based access policy violation handling and delegated administration
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications cloud platforms and third-party services using connectors and APIs
Develop and optimize SailPoint rules workflows and role models for enterprise-wide identity governance
Collaborate with business security and infrastructure teams to gather IAM requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Conduct SailPoint upgrades migrations and performance tuning in production environments
Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through access controls and audit readiness
Stay updated on SailPoint and IAM industry advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement in identity programs

Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters in computer science Information Security or related field
5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management with at least 3 years in SailPoint Identity IQ
Deep understanding of identity lifecycle RBAC ABAC and compliance concepts
Hands-on experience with Java Bean shell scripting REST APIs and web services integration
Experience with SailPoint configurations tasks rules email templates roles application onboarding
Familiarity with financial regulatory frameworks like SOX GLBA and FFIEC
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving performance or configuration issues in SailPoint environments
Excellent communication documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver secure compliant IAM solutions.
