Job Summary

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to design develop and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices and Cloud platforms along with proven leadership skills to mentor developers and drive best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and deployment of scalable Java-based applications.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership mentorship and code reviews to development teams.
Develop and optimize microservices APIs and backend systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards secure development practices and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide high-quality technical support.
Drive Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs.
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle MySQL MongoDB etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines Git Maven Jenkins or Docker/Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with frontend technologies (Angular/React) for full-stack development.
Exposure to message brokers (Kafka RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Certifications in Java or Cloud technologies are a plus.
