As a Gift Wrapper youll play a key role in crafting unforgettable experiences for our customers making every purchase a beautifully wrapped gift.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide warm welcomes and exceptional customer service to every customer

• Professionally wrap and decorate purchases with premium materials showcasing your creativity and attention to detail

• Facilitate seamless payments and ensure efficient service delivery

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation adhering to high standards of quality and safety

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth enjoyable and memorable customer experience

Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and basic administration skills

• Reliable attendance flexibility and a positive attitude

• Friendly helpful confident and engaging personality

• Attention to detail creativity and basic math skills

Requirements

• South African citizenship and ages 17-25

• Availability to work shifts between 12th 24th December 2025(09:00am 10:00pm)

• Own transport is essential
