Job Summary

Client > Consulting Firm Tier-1
Context > The profiles will act as BA in multiple projects. The role requires expertise attitude in Consulting as the Client is a Consulting Firm.
Main tasks/responsibilities > Engage with stakeholders (executives business users IT teams external partners) to understand needs and pain points; Translate business goals into functional and non-functional requirements; Use interviews workshops surveys and process mapping to capture requirements; Assess existing business processes workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies; Propose optimized digital-enabled processes (automation AI cloud platforms self-service tools etc.); Create “as-is” and “to-be” process models; Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams; Ensure proposed digital solutions align with business strategy and deliver measurable value; Evaluate vendors platforms and tools (ERP CRM RPA data analytics etc.); Contribute to communication and training plans for users adapting to new digital systems; Anticipate resistance and help foster user adoption; Support the Project Manager in scoping prioritizing and sequencing initiatives.
Requisites > Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Economics or related field; 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst ideally in digital transformation IT strategy or process optimization projects; Experience working on projects involving ERP CRM RPA cloud migration AI/ML or data analytics solutions; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; Change management mindset: support adoption and training initiatives; Fluency in English (additional languages a plus for international projects.
