Job Summary
Healthcare Plus is seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Coverage Aide to join our Pilsen team. This position is unique because no two days are the same. Relief Care Aides sometimes called floaters provide essential coverage when regular caregivers are unavailable step in to support new client cases and assist with office tasks when needed. This flexibility makes the role an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and making a direct impact.
What Youll Do:
As a Floater youll help clients with daily living activities such as bathing grooming dressing and mobility support. Youll also prepare meals run errands provide transportation to appointments and assist with light housekeeping. Beyond client care you may be asked to help in the office with filing organizing or other administrative tasks when you dont have a client assignment.

What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and insurance
Ability to lift 35 lbs without assistance
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort working in different home environments (pets smoking hoarding etc.)
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
