Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service drive.
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service needs.
- Provide clear estimates explain recommended maintenance/repairs and obtain customer authorization.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure proper and timely completion of work.
- Keep customers informed of repair status and answer any questions.
- Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction at vehicle pick-up.
- Maintain knowledge of Ford service programs recalls and warranty policies.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Previous service advisor or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry experience a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
- Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
