Job Summary
Our client a well-established preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. We are committed to creating a nurturing stimulating and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Create a safe welcoming and inclusive classroom that fosters exploration creativity and learning.
Develop and implement engaging play-based lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of children.
Promote positive interactions and manage classroom behavior with empathy and effectiveness.
Observe assess and document childrens growth providing feedback to families as needed.
Build strong supportive relationships with students families and colleagues.
Collaborate with other educators on individualized education plans for children requiring early intervention or special education services.
Maintain an organized clean and safe classroom environment with accessible materials.
Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with young children in a preschool daycare or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and effective classroom management strategies.
Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
NC Qualifying Letter required.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children families and staff.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens social emotional and cognitive growth through play-based learning.
