As a Full-Stack Software Engineer youll have the opportunity to directly impact how major aerospace and defense companies operate by rapidly developing high-quality software that affects real production systems. What Youll Do
- Become a product expert by engaging directly with customers to understand hardware engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Rapidly develop high-quality software contributing to both front-end and primarily back-end code.
- Partner with key team members across different functions to make critical product and infrastructure decisions.
- Solve various problems and wear many hats as a core member of an early-stage startup.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 2-7 years of software engineering experience at product-forward companies with a high talent bar.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python Rust Java TypeScript or similar languages.
- A strong engineering background with a degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Mathematics Physics Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Comfortable operating with extreme urgency and taking ownership.
Benefits
- Salary: $140k - $250k
- Equity: Extremely competitive early-stage equity.
