As part of our dynamic ETF Team you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts cutting-edge technology and a diverse client base contributing to the continued growth and success of our ETF business.

As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Asset Management Team you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end ETF lifecycle supporting new business initiatives and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class service and solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the complete ETF lifecycle from order placement to settlement of burst transactions.
  • Oversee incoming cash receipts and collateral management for ETF orders.
  • Conduct Portfolio Composition File (PCF) analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Research and resolve client inquiries related to trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with J.P. Morgans global ETF clients authorized participants and external vendors.
  • Foster excellent collaboration with internal partners including Client Services Custody Fund Accounting and the Global ETF Team.
  • Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team.
  • Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.
  • Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and enhancements.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:

  • Experience in operations client service or custody.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong team player able to work effectively in globally distributed teams.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships especially with demanding client organizations.
  • Ability to advance initiatives in a cross-functional and matrixed operations environment.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced consistently changing environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
  • Flexible work hours required to meet operational needs; willingness to work varied shifts as needed.
