As an ETF Operations Analyst within the Asset Management Team you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end ETF lifecycle supporting new business initiatives and driving process improvements. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class service and solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the complete ETF lifecycle from order placement to settlement of burst transactions.
- Oversee incoming cash receipts and collateral management for ETF orders.
- Conduct Portfolio Composition File (PCF) analysis and troubleshooting.
- Research and resolve client inquiries related to trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with J.P. Morgans global ETF clients authorized participants and external vendors.
- Foster excellent collaboration with internal partners including Client Services Custody Fund Accounting and the Global ETF Team.
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team.
- Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.
- Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants.
- Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and enhancements.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience in operations client service or custody.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong team player able to work effectively in globally distributed teams.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships especially with demanding client organizations.
- Ability to advance initiatives in a cross-functional and matrixed operations environment.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced consistently changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective presentation abilities.
- Flexible work hours required to meet operational needs; willingness to work varied shifts as needed.
